I cannot thank you enough for making our long awaited dream come true. As I shared with you when we started this project, my husband and I talked about putting an addition on our home when we purchased it 23 years ago. Life happened and the addition was allways moved to the back burner until last year. My late husband told me it was time to make our dreams come true and he guided me to you.

As a widow, I had apprehensions regarding this project. Your proffesional mannerism and genuine concern for my needs erased all my worries. You were very helpful and patient from the very beginning of the project. Before the prints were finialized you met with my architect and myself making sure all the basics were covered. during the project you made recommendations based on my budget and overall desires. You explained different issues in terms that I could understand so that I could make well educated decesions. Upgrades were competitively priced and never pushed upon me. Throughout the project, you kept me informed of the progress and upcoming decesions. You used quality materials and proffesional subcontractors. All of the subcontractors were very respectful of me and my property.

There is a famous quote by Confusios, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” According to this quote, George Klimaitis does not work, he loves to build homes and it shows throughout the project. The home that was delivered to me is everything I originally planned with my late husband with some added unique features.
