George Klimaitis of Klimaitis Homebuilders was professional, easy to work with, a great communicator
and very knowledgeable about building “my dream home”. From the first time talking with him on the phone, I immediately had a good feeling. And, after talking with a few other builders and seeing one of George’s models, my husband and I decided that we would choose Klimaitis Construction for our new home in Plainfield. Working with George also meant using the subcontractors he recommended. We did use a few of our own and, if we were more prepared, we may have chosen a few others to do certain jobs.
It was a great experience and George Klimaitis is a very honest and fair man! Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and our new home is beautiful and “the prettiest home on the block”!!! Thanks, George~~
