We made a big decision one day – to build our own custom home. We knew it could be a difficult process, and indeed we spent six months looking at spec homes and meeting with countless builders, including most of the big corporate builders. We had high standards we expected to have met, because we knew that going into a huge project like this, we would need to have a high comfort level with the builder, and a great deal of trust. We knew that once we chose a builder, it would be a relationship that would need to last over many months, with something very important and personal on the line – our new home.

We were getting a bit discouraged. But then we met George, and we immediately started feeling better.

Our first impression of George was a very positive one. He was cordial and open, and invited us to see his spec home. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the home he showed us. The construction quality and the finishings were more impressive than what we had seen to that point. We soon realized his experience and expertise. It didn’t take us long to decide that we found the right person. And that was reaffirmed throughout the entire process of building our home.

It became obvious during the construction process that George takes personal pride in the work he does. We especially noticed that George has an enthusiasm for his work. That is something we really appreciated, because it helped set us at ease, and kept us in a positive frame of mind during what could otherwise be a stressful process.

George took a personal interest in our home, and it was obvious he wanted it to meet our expectations every bit as we did.

We were able to keep an open line of communication throughout the construction, which was very reassuring. No worries about unwanted surprises. We met with George onsite regularly and we were always appraised of the progress. This really means a lot, if you care about the details as much as we do. We were very impressed with his attention to detail – George is not one to leave things to others or let items be overlooked.

And maybe most importantly, his honesty was a key aspect, which was a breath of fresh air in today’s world. George is very professional and we were on the same page at all times.

The day we took the keys to our new home was one of the happiest days of our lives.

We are not naïve enough to think this is the norm when it comes to home building. We feel incredibly lucky to have found George, and we could not be happier with both the process and the end result. The home is top quality. We are recommending George to everyone we know, and we will not hesitate to use his services again. What a great feeling it is to be able to say, we love our new home.
